Lesser Known Saints Of Kaliyug

Baba Kinaram

Baba Kinaram is the founding father of the Aghorpant and supposed to be the incarnation of Lord Shiva. He was born on Aghor Chaturdashi in 1601 at Ramgarh, Varanasi Uttar Pradesh to Sri Akbar Singh and Mansa Devi. After his birth, he did not cry or suckled at his mother's breast for three days. After three days three saints (who were manifestation of Lord Dattatreya-- Brahma Vishnu and Mahesh) spoke something into the ear of the child. There after the child started crying (for the first time) and celebrations took place.

Baba Kinaram started his spiritual journey with the blessings of Aghor's Kuldevi Mata Hinglaaj. He was initiated or spiritually awakened by Baba Kaluram. Baba Kinaram established himself in the city of Varanasi for the service of people. It is believed by the devotees of Baba Kinaram that what is denied by Lord Ram is given by Baba Kinaram (Jo naa De Ram wo De Kinaram).

He wrote books like Ramgita, Ramrasal, Unmuniram and Viveksar which is known as the most authentic work on the principles of Aghorpant. He was also the founder of Baba Kinaram Sthal which is located in Varanasi. Baba Kinaram lived for more than 170 years and before he took samadhi he conveyed to his disciples that he will reincarnate as the eleventh peethadeshwar of Krim Kund. According to the devotees present Peethadeshwar of Baba Kinaram Sthal- Baba Siddharth Gautam Ram is the reincarnation of Baba Kinaram himself.

Aghoreshwar Bhagwan Ram

Aghoreshwar Bhagwan Ram was born on 12th September 1937 at Gundigram, Bihar to Sri Babu Baijnath Singh and Srimati Lakhraj Devi. Around the age of five, his father died from a sudden illness. While growing up he showed little interest towards school or mundane activities and was often found at the local temple praying and singing hymns with other children.

His spiritual quest started pushing him beyond his village and he began living like a sadhu at a very early age. He was about fifteen when he reached Varanasi where he was approached by a mysterious lady who invited him to reach Kinaram Sthal, the Aghor Abode of Varanasi. Baba Rajeshwar Ramji along with other Aghoris were waiting for him to initiate him into the Kinaram family. Baba Ramji was a vegetarian Vaishnav sadhu but at the end of the pooja (religious ritual) he was given rice and fish, overcoming his reluctance he ate the food. Thereafter he spent most of his time in Sadhna(deep meditation).

In 1961, he founded Shri Sarveshwari Samooh (the Family of the Universal Mother). Baba's immense kindness is reflected in his works. He started Kusht Seva Asram for the treatment of the lepers- the most marginalized and condemned class of society. Babaji's charisma, personality and his childlike simplicity attracted many followers all over the world. Those who have lived in his presence say that his love was that like the love of a mother. That's why his followers lovingly call him Maa Guru. Though Baba took samadhi in 1992 he continues to heal and bless his followers even today.

Following is a small account from one of his disciples' book:
Sachidanand Sahay in his book Worship Yourself: Life and messages of Aghoreshwar Bhagwan Ram writes- "The Baba was law unto himself. There is no doubt that, like St Francis, he suffered because he took on the sufferings of others. Countless people even now testify how he had cured them of this serious illness or that. But like a true saint who is self conscious not body-conscious, he refused to treat himself. I must personally testify to the fact that my wife had a boil on her tongue which continued to be where it was for a number of years. The Baba immediately knew it was cancer. He took my nephew, a favourite of his, aside and warned him not to tell us what the disease was nor to disclose what herbal medicine was being administered to her. My wife continued to live for another 15 years or so. When she last fell ill he assured us she would survive. Ultimately she did not, which was a rude shock to the family. I had already planned to write the biography of the Baba and I wrote to him saying that I would inevitably have to mention in the book that what he had assured had not happened. Without taking any offence, The Baba replied I was free to write whatever I liked -- "You have written about miracles and said that what you were hoping did not happen. It is up to you. Much depends on one's perception of what has happened. Did this have to happen? This too is a miracle. What had to happen and did not happen is a miracle too. If the mind is under control it too is a miracle. An uncontrolled mind is bound to cause misgivings in the mind of the writer".

    1. If your sun is exalted in the D10 chart expect that sun's period will not damage your career/career opportunities infact you can see some growth/promotion at work. As D10 is seen for career. Sun's debilitation in the main birth chart may give you or your father(if alive) some health related trouble as it rules the 8th house for Capricorn ascendant and is placed in the 10th house of libra. I'll strongly suggest you to offer water (Surya namaskar as you call it) to sun early in the morning at least for the coming 6 years to reduce the negative affects of this period.

    3. I see that you are running Sun mahadasha since 2016. Since Sun is debilitated in the main birth chart he's starting period brought you trouble but this will improve with time as debilitated planets gain strength with time. I saw you have exalted moon and Venus in your D10 chart. Frankly speaking you could start something independent like set up a travel, food or women items related business. Saturn is in the seventh house and moon in the third house of your main birth chart indicates you have a desire to start something on your own. 2022 onwards i.e during your moon mahadasha you can surely give this a thought.

  3. Absolutely not, Mercury Dasha will help you manage your wealth, clear off your debts and make fortune in this period. You will also be interested in counseling and talking to your family alot.
You can read newspaper and do gardening to enhance the results of Mercury. As reading and gardening activates Mercury in a good way.
Mercury is the ninth lord i.e it's mooltrikon sign falls in the ninth house which is the most positive house of the horoscope hence Mercury will notnot h you in his period.
